We opened our second day of the retreat with lots of excitement and anticipation for the day’s classes. I love seeing everyone truly enjoying the class experiences. Things were going along so well this morning in Debbie’s class, folks simply broke out into song! Never mind all the laughter and joking we heard over in Diana’s class. There is just something so special about a group of people, who have come from all over, who love sharing their skills and their love/passion for all aspects of quilting. Creative people are so amazing!
Diana’s class was a fall illusion table runner, done in stunning fall batiks!
Debbie’s class was the “West Virginia Shop Hop Bird Panel Quilt Top”, done in a morning and afternoon session.
Needless to say, our morning sessions flew by and folks were relieved when the break for lunch came! It was time to relax, enjoy some delicious food and fellowship. Who’s to say what this afternoon will bring but whatever it is, we are ready for it!
