The game is the same… and keeps getting better!

Beginning June 21, 2017, visit any of the participating shops and receive a free pattern for a row in a quilt. Combine your rows in any way to create a unique quilt that represents the fun you had traveling to the stores. Travel with friends, discover new quilt shops and have fun collecting rows!

Win a prize!

Create a quilt using at least 8 different 2017 rows from 8 different 2017 participating RxR shops and be the first to bring it into a participating shop to win a stack of 25 fat quarters (6-1/4 yards of fabric!). Use that shop’s row in your quilt and win a bonus prize!

My shop will be participating in the Row by Row experience again this year!  Additionally, I am THRILLED to announce the shop will be participating in the West Virginia Mountain Quilt Quest, 17 through 29 July 2017, for the first time ever!  My shop is only one of 11 shops participating this year.’s event.  So I am anticipating a VERY busy summer!

Whether you choose to participating in the Row by Row or the Quilt Quest or both, I just want to add this.  From my own experience, the Row by Row event is so much more than just collecting a bunch of quilt rows.  For me, it was mapping out a travel route, firing up the GPS, gathering up some of my closest friends and hitting the road for places I had never traveled before.  It was meeting fellow quilters, sharing shop stories, having quality time with friends and simply experiencing things that I had never experienced before.  We had several travel trips planned throughout the months of June, July and early August and not a one of them was a disappointment.  The food, fun and laughter was amazing and I have THE BEST memories from those trips.  And, yes, I am still putting together those rows (HEY, don’t judge!) but I am looking forward to planning some trips during this year’s event, too.  So I encourage you to make your own plans, either alone or with friends, but get out there, see the country and make new friends!
